Private Sessions

Private sessions are the most individualized way to experience Pilates. Designed around your body, goals, and movement history, each session is tailored to what you need that day. working across the full Pilates system—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Mat—you'll build strength, mobility, stability, and control while developing a deeper understanding of the method. Guided by a comprehensively trained instructor, sessions draw from the full Pilates repertoire and apparatus to create a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to movement.


Comprehensive training matters. Not all Pilates instructors are trained across the full Pilates system. A comprehensively trained instructor has studied each piece of apparatus and understands how the exercises connect throughout the method. This depth of training allows sessions to be adapted to your individual body, goals, and movement patterns, drawing from the full range of Pilates equipment and exercises rather than a single approach.


Whether you're new to Pilates, returning from an injury, looking to improve how you move, or seeking to support athletic performance, private sessions provide the space for focused, personalized instruction.

Thoughtful Teaching, Intentional Space


FOUNDATIONS+ Reformer - An ideal introduction to Pilates and reformer work. This class focuses on the foundational exercises and principles of the method, allowing you to build strength, control, and confidence in a safe, structured environment. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to the basics, the slower pace provides the opportunity to refine technique and deepen your understanding of the work.


REFORMER - Our Signature Reformer class builds strength, balance, coordination, and control through creative exercise combinations and flowing sequences. As support is gradually reduced, you'll be challenged to move with greater stability, precision, and body awareness.


TOWER + CHAIR - A mixed-equipment class incorporating the Tower, Exo Chair, and Mat. We incorporate classical mat work alongside the apparatus to develop strength, stability, balance, coordination, and control while building a deeper understanding of how the body moves. This class moves at a moderate to faster pace and is best suited for those with prior Pilates experience.

Thoughtful Teaching, Intentional Space


Saltwater + SCULPT - is a high-energy, bodyweight workout designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge your muscles. This class combines dynamic sculpting sequences with fluid transitions, keeping you engaged from start to finish. We incorporate bands, balls, and light weights, and our JumpSport Rebounders. We will work to enhance your core strength and flow through exercises focused on flexion and extension, targeting your entire body. Utilizing the rebounder not only helps to build stamina and elevate your mood, but it also drains the lymphatic system,
